Measure and cut 18"×4" piece of cardboard as hinges: Measure and cut another 18" long and 4" wide piece of cardboard. Score a line in the middle to easily bend for forming a hinge. Now glue it from outside to attach the lower box and top lid with each other. Remember one thing! The hinge should have an equal portion on both sides to strengthen both parts of the box firmly.
